Nikki Ladt is a dedicated leader in operations management with a strong foundation in public health and business administration. She studied Public Health at California State University, Northridge, and holds certification as a Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM®) through the AAPC. Currently pursuing a second Bachelor of Science, in Business Administration, she is on track to earn her MBA, further enhancing her expertise in organizational leadership and strategic management.
Since joining LKS in February 2019, Nikki has been instrumental in optimizing operations and streamlining processes. Her unique experience across technology, healthcare, and childcare sectors has given her a comprehensive understanding of complex operational frameworks and the ability to drive efficiency in dynamic environments.
