Lisa Klein M.S., CCC-SLP COM

Lisa Klein MS, CCC- SLP, COM is the owner and clinical director of LKS and Associates. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.  Lisa earned a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and licensed by the State of California. Lisa is recognized for Advanced Training and Expertise in Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and a Certified Orofacial Myologist. Lisa has also been awarded the Continuing Education Board’s ACE Award to recognize continued professional study and is a certified JASPER therapist.

She has worked as a Speech Pathologist for over 20 years in private practice and rehabilitation hospitals all over the US.  Lisa evaluates and treats both children and adults with a variety of disorders, including CAS-Childhood Apraxia of speech, Autism, Orofacial Myology, Down Syndrome, feeding aversions, phonological/articulation disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, Aphasia, brain injury, stroke, cognitive-linguistic deficits, Dysphagia (swallowing difficulties) and Dysarthria.

Lisa collaborates with a team of professionals to ensure the best approach and treatment for each client. As a dedicated, hardworking, and passionate therapist, she implements the most innovative and effective treatment into every session and is a true advocate for her clients.

Alaa Elogbi M.S., CCC-SLP

Alaa Elogbi, MS, CCC-SLP, has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California and Oregon. She earned her Master’s degree from Pacific University in Oregon and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Portland State University. 

Alaa evaluates and treats a wide range of disorders, including articulation disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, Autism, fluency, and developmental delays. She has extensive experience working with social skills (pragmatic language) for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Alaa has a strong passion for working with individuals who stutter and had the opportunity to train under a board-certified fluency specialist in Portland, Oregon.

Alaa believes in empowering children and their families by providing individualized and quality speech therapy. Through her family-centered and collaborative team approach, she strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of all her clients.

Stacey Ramirez M.S., CCC-SLP

Stacey Ramirez, MS, CCC- SLP, is a licensed Speech-Language pathologist in California and New York.

She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from New York Medical College. Stacey completed a double major in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Linguistic Studies to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in New York. She holds a Teacher of Students with Speech-Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certificate, recognized by the NYS Department of Education. 

Stacey is a graduate of the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program. This interdisciplinary program prepares trainees to be advocates and leaders for those with disabilities and their families. She’s taken the knowledge and experience she acquired as a trainee in the program to commit to providing culturally sensitive and holistic approaches in treatment for those with a range of disabilities and severity, particularly individuals with Autism Spectrum. Stacey has extensive experience working with Autism, AAC, pragmatics, and expressive and receptive language diagnoses.

Stacey firmly believes in the autonomy of all of her clients and students and sees any form of communication as an opportunity to express oneself. She seeks to empower her clients by gaining their trust and establishing an environment of complete understanding so that they see she’s in it with them.

Seenu Varughese, M.A., CCC-SLP

Seenu Varughese, M.A., CCC-SLP is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California with a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. She earned her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA. 

Seenu has extensive experience working with clients 18 months to 55+ years with a variety of speech and language disorders. She specializes in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, receptive and expressive language disorders, social pragmatic disorders, global developmental delays, phonological and articulation disorders.

She believes in the value of establishing rapport with her clients from the first session by creating fun and engaging “out-of-the-box” activities and providing a positive and warm spirit. Seenu is passionate about ensuring that each of her clients is fairly advocated for and allowed to meet their full potential in a supportive environment. She strives to create individualized treatment plans that deliver quality care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting, with the client, family, and caregivers first and foremost in mind.
