She is a certified physician practice manager through the AAPC and is on track to earning her technical communication certification. Nikki joined the LKS family in February 2019, bringing eight years of experience working in operation management. Throughout her undergraduate career, she worked in various healthcare and childcare settings. Nikki believes working with your healthcare providers should be easy. Through dedicated care, compassion, and continued education, she strives to provide a high level of service to all our clients.
